Anxiety

Anxiety is your body's natural response to stress. It's a feeling of fear or dread about what's to come. Going to the dentist, starting a new job, or giving a speech may cause most people to feel anxious and nervous. Sometimes though, your level of anxiety can exceed what's normal and start to get in your way. Some common symtoms of this would be if you start to dread predictable activities, or let your stress stop you from doing things you enjoy.

Depression

Depression is a universal yet serious mental illness that can negatively affect the way you feel, how you think and the way you act. If not treated, depression can get out of hand and be dangerous for people struggling with it, and those around them.

Eating Disorders

Eating disorders are illnesses in which you experience serious negative changes in your eating behaviors and related thoughts and feelings. People with eating disorders typically become pre-occupied with food and their body weight. Eating disorders acn be very dangerous for those struggling with them.

The three most common eating disorders are: Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating Disorder.
